We’ve taken our bird here for about 6 years now! Dr. Walth has been a huge help with our bird, he’s a kind and gets straight to the point, he’s wonderful with the pets! He has helped with our bird who has cancer and now with hopefully good news; we got rid of it! I’ve seen other cute animals go in like snakes, turtles, ferrets, rabbits and more!! It can be a reasonable price depending on what they’re coming in there for! Sometimes it can be pricy but it’s worth it for our pets! They also trim the beak, nails and cut some of his feathers shorter. The staff is very kind!

Dr. Belusic and technician Brittany (I believe her name was) was absolutely fantastic. We brought our Egyptian false cobra in due to an abscess around his tail. Both the doctor and the technician explained everything very well and did not seem bothered by the questions that we had. This is definitely the only place we will bring our reptiles! With the Breed of snake that our little guy (not your standard snake breed) they we’re still very informed.

Every single staff member that I have encountered from my visit to the Mesa location and my baby girl surgery at the Phoenix location has been amazing. Dr. Fitzsimmons and Dr. Lamb are top-notch And every single technician and front desk staff member I have met has gone above and beyond. As a former Veterinary technician and then practice manager, I can honestly say that I would hire every single person that I have encountered at both of the locations I have been to. Dr. Fitzsimmons, Dr. lamb, Amaya at the Mesa location and the front desk staff there, Ana at the Phoenix location and the desk staff there. I wish I could remember everyone's names because they were all standing out in my mind. That your veterinary hospitals exist with the amazing staff you have. I credit both locations for saving my red eared slider, Skynyrd, that was egg bound. She ended up having to be spayed in the end, but I’m 100% confident that she will go forth and be an amazing part of my life for many more years to come

Staff very nice and welcoming from when you first walk in. The veterinarians as pretty well educated on guinea pigs and I really do appreciate their care for my piggies. I appreciate the receptionists, techs, and assistants as well. Thank you all! Dr. Lamb, Dr. Brandy K. And her tech were very helpful and knowledgeable in the care for my sick guinea pig and my other guinea pig who I was concerned for his dental health. They made me feel better after how they explained their finding and what we can do for treatments or to help "prevent" certain things that are still being worked on. Thank you all I really do appreciate all that you do for exotic pets! The knowledgeable veterinarians and staff about exotics overall and passion to help exotic pets like my guinea piggies! It feels like your pet is the only one of its kind when you walk in the door. Each team member seems genuinely interested, caring and willing to go the extra mile. We've visited for two animals now and have been so impressed with the care. The vet tech and reception staff were so welcoming. The individualized attention, knowledgeable advice, and caring attitudes toward our pet are fantastic. Spiky Gold is off to a good start in life.

Everyone has provided amazing care with compassion, knowledge and skill every time I've had appointments. I'm very glad to have them as my 30 year old box turtle Rose’s vet. The front desk staff, vet techs and doctors have all been wonderful. They always have a heating pad warmed and ready to make sure she’s comfortable. I’ve taken my turtle in for beak and nail trimming, wellness exam+ blood test, and for a minor injury. We’ve seen Dr. Ruoff a couple times and she’s awesome! They even provided advice to help me build her outdoor enclosure. You can tell they care about their patients a lot. Thank you very much for all of your time and care. I appreciate you explaining all the options, process and handling my family with gentle kindness. The prices are reasonable and quality of care is well worth it. Gives me great comfort knowing my family is getting the best care and treatments.

Dr. Guerrera was absolutely amazing. He took his time with us, never made us feel rushed, and truly listened to all of my concerns. I've had experiences with other veterinarians where appointments felt impersonal and rushed, like we were just another number, but this was completely different. Dr. G was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the health and well-being of the animals he treats. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and gave me real confidence in my pet's care. I'm so grateful to have found a veterinarian who shows this level of compassion and dedication, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional care for their exotic pets. I feel really blessed to live near not one but two exotic vets. Many people around the country with exotic pets cannot find vets to care for their animals. But I love you guys (and I have used the avian one near you). I feel confident you know what is going on with my beardie. Thanks!! expertise

Everyone at this location is amazing!! They have huge hearts for exotic animals and it show in their work ethic, attitudes and environment they provide. Dr. Walth was thorough in his exam, got bloodwork, found a mass on my macaw and was able to biopsy next day. The staff checked in regularly and Maria was awesome with emails for updates and Dr. Walth to go over test results. Brittany was great with my guy Charlie (you know birds know other bird moms), and I did not worry when dropping him off for a sedated procedure as I knew he was in great hands. Thanks to everyone for taking care of our sassy Charlie!

I had the best experience here with my tegu Stanley!! The staff was so kind and gentle with him! He seemed so comfortable with everyone and they were incredibly knowledgeable. The vet took the time to hear all my concerns and calmed all my anxiety. I was concerned he had a respiratory infection, but he turned out to be a very healthy little guy so they just charged me for a check-up! I wish I caught their names, but the person who brought my tegu back to me after the exam was so incredibly kind and cared so much about what she did! Super ethical practices, amazing staff, and good vibes all around!
